great food, husband is in love with it. we ordered two platters on 9/20/14 they had them ready when we walked in. the guy at the counter was not the best with customer service but thats not what i was there for i wanted to get in and out and i did. the family loved the food, and what was left over was great for road trip food. huge fan and always will be... like the other comments mention: its a college area so beware of all the students.....i went during homecoming....that speaks for itself

I eat here at least twice a week. It's fast, like they advertise, relatively easy to park and great tasting subs. I feel their veggies are fresher than most of the competitors. I normally order the # 16 the LuLu Club on wheat. At 6.00$ its hard to beat. The employees are always polite and cheerful. The only reason they did not receive five stars was for the lack of warm food.. be nice to have some soup!

This place is usually pretty good. The chains motto is "subs so fast you'll freak" well tonight I was freaking, but not in a good way. I went in and ordered me and my pal 2 subs to share, and the employees behind the counter did not pay attention to my order and put on ingredients that I said not to, and then realized it at the end so had to remake it. This took extra time, and could tell I was annoyed, so they apologized for the holdup. Be careful if you go late at night on a weekend because it is flooded with drunk college kids, and sometimes they run out of bread... One time they said the wait would be 40 minutes for a sub because they had run out of bread. They deliver and sometimes they mess up the order on delivery. One time they made the wrong sub and delivered it *3 times* they kept delivering it wrong!! But when they are wrong they are always willing to fix it or put a free sub on your account, but sometimes they act annoyed when they made a mistake. For this service, I'm giving them 3 out of 5 stars

For convenience you can't beat it. Parking can be brutal on college hill so delivery is the best option. Drawback of delivery: the addition of adding a tip makes it no longer a reasonably priced meal. I prefer the larger subs that cost more because they have a wider variety of ingredients instead of just meat cheese and lettuce. My favorite used to be the turkey tom before they replaced sprouts with cucumbers. Yuck. I'm a huge fan of the pickles. If you like pickles you have to get one of the huge ones for only like $2 or less. They will even cut it in 4th if you want to share it. All their subs seem to have mayo on them. Not that I hate or dislike mayo but it certainly does not add a lot of flavor. They don't have any other sauces except for mustard and oil. College kids seem to run this location. I've never had bad or slow service though.

You get exactly what you'd expect at a fast food sub restaurant: a quick and generic sub. The French bread is definitely pretty good and fresh, but you don't get a very large sub given the amount you pay for a sub. This is the quickest and most reliable service for subs in town though. They have pretty quick delivery too at a modest delivery rate.
